All Gates Brewery has added to its portfolio with the acquisition of a pub from Daniel Thwaites.
All Gates has completed on the leasehold purchase of The Union Arms, Castle Street, Tyldesley, Greater Manchester. Under the terms of the deal, Thwaites will supply all non-cask beers plus a cask beer from its core or signature range. All Gates are free of tie for all other hand pumps through which will be sold a variety of All Gates own ales plus guest’s.
The above deal increases All Gates pub estate to eight. All Gates partners said "This site's location fits extremely well with our current small portfolio of pubs and following a few days closure (to allow for the installation of six brand new hand pumps and minor refurbishment works ) we look forward to welcoming The Union Arms to the All Gates estate."
