THE ALLGATES BREWERY TOUR
Why not try a guided tour of All Gates Brewery?
Tours are available Monday - Saturday. They start around 7pm (earlier starts can be accommodated) and last a couple of hours (there’s beer on the way around, don’t worry). In that time you’ll get a beer when you arrive, then we’ll go around the brewery, there’ll be more beer, you’ll see how the beer’s made, eat some malt, smell some hops, drink some beer from the Conditioning Tanks (you can’t beat beer from the tanks), learn all about All Gates and beer in general, drink some more beer and then we’ll go back to the bar and drink the All Gates’s beer that’s on tap (that we haven’t already drunk).
Monday to Thursday tours include a traditional Wigan 'Pie & Pea' supper. (A veggie alternative is available). These are served around 9.15pm in our Brewery Tap, the Anvil, two minutes’ walk away. On Friday & Saturday sandwiches are provided in the Brewery. Tours who don’t want supper get an extra 20 minutes or so in the bar.
THE DETAILS
Tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance and can be arranged for 15 to 36 people - a 50% deposit is payable on booking. Final confirmation of numbers is required a minimum of a week before the tour date. Cost is £12p.h. – minimum charge £180. (We are able to take Debit/Credit Card payments).

Nota bene!
Friday and Saturday night tours are extremely popular and need to be booked well in advance.
The brewery has some very steep stairs and floors may be wet or slippery – so sturdy footwear is recommended. Also due to the nature and age of our building, disabled access is extremely limited.
You will also receive a free certificate to prove to your friends that you can arrange a 'Piss Up' in a brewery.
